Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be 18 years or older to use Collector. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have read and understood these Terms.

2. Use of Service

You may use the Service only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Data Collection and Consent

Collector collects computer usage data from your macOS device. Your explicit consent is required because data collection is a core function of the Service. If you do not consent, you may not use Collector.

If you withdraw consent, you must discontinue use and uninstall the app. You may also contact us to request deletion of previously collected data, subject to technical feasibility.

4. AI Training and Model Development

By using the Service, you grant Proletic, Inc. a license to collect and use data from your computer and your usage of the Service, including device data, logs, and usage patterns, for the purpose of operating the Service and for training, evaluating, and improving artificial intelligence and machine-learning models.

Where available, you can use Collector without allowing your data to be used for AI training by selecting the relevant option in the app or contacting us.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share collected data with third parties. All data is processed solely by Proletic, Inc.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
